The entire process of Chhath is divided into 6 scientific stages of Conscious Cosmic Solar Energy Infusion Technique (Conscious Photoenergization Process).

Stage 1: Fasting and the discipline of cleanliness leads to detoxification of the body and mind. This stage prepares the body and mind of the Vratti (devotee) to receive the cosmic solar energy.

Stage 2: Standing in a water body with half the body (navel deep) in the water minimizes the leak of energy and helps the prana (psychic energy) to move up the sushumna (psychic channel in the spine).

Stage 3: Cosmic Solar Energy enters the Vratti’s pineal, pituitary and hypothalamus glands (Triveni complex) through retina and optic nerves.

Stage 4: Activation of Triveni (tri-glandular complex) Pineal, pituitary and hypothalamus

Stage 5: A kind of Polarization of happens in the spine, which results in the Vratti’s gross and subtle bodies getting transformed into a cosmic powerhouse. This can also lead to the awakening of the latent psychic energy popularly known as the Kundalini Shakti.

Stage 6: The body of Vratti (devotee) becomes a channel, which conducts, recycles and transmits the energy into the entire universe.

your anger is genuine but donot advise biharis not to live in bombay…it is a metropolitan city and one of the largest in the world…hence if nisha is living in bombay ,she is a few lucky bihari to be there as she can not have a better place like–nariman point ,juhu beach ,gateway of india ,colaba market of leopold fame ,khan chacha footpath outlet ,cheap market of dadar ,bandra colony on sea front,sanjay gandhi national with kaneri caves having 200 budhist viharas ,the vihar lake in the heart of the city …..

bombay is a city where you are free and secure and have opportunity to develop ,can work 24 hours

bombay is specially good for women because they get more freedom ,security ,opportunity etc

in all bombay is far better than patna then why biharis should not live there….

in fact patna has been reduced to be city of goons ,corrupt politicians ,castiest ,most insecure specially for women ,devoid of any good opportunity to develop….

i will suggest all willing biharis who want to develop that they should settle at bombay or delhi or chennai or hyderabad or pondicherry or cacutta or vishakhapatnam…..

of oll these places ,vishakhapatnam is developing very fast and within 10 years it will be better than bombay as an ideal city and as a good port…

i suggest biharis to go to above places by the next train and settle if you want to have peacefull and better life in all respects….
