As we know laloo yadav is the biggest blunder in politics of Bihar. There are few important point which we should not miss in this discussion.
First of all the Drama which lalu is doing these days that he is against any reform or land ceiling is not because that he has got some soft corner for savarna but the story is different. After the rise of Lalu , he promised N no reforms in land distribution and feudalism. But the ground reality after implementation of these reforms are just an eyewash for which we have to think like Laluji as we know he is the cleverest fox in the jungle of Bihar. On the name of reforms, land ceiling and everything happened and public thought that system has been thrown but they didnt realised that only zamindars were changed in the new system i.e all the lalu company became new landlords with old one driven out and new one aquiring there place.
Still the pathetic condition of downtrodden poor section in rural areas hasnt changed and are being exploited same way as earlier under the new regime. This can be proved by simply taking data from Land registry dept. that how much land are being owned by our new landlords.
Lalu has made the reform but just to appoint his own men as new landlords, because he know the feudal system is the most effective tool in controling the power, tried and tested by british, kings everyone. And now if the Pandora box of reform is opened the whole truth of Laluji will come on the streets.
So i would like to appeal our great CM that instead of putting these controversies they shuold also take some other alternatives for the time being and then they can go for same law enactment. Because Lalu and company will unnessesary try to exploit this as caste sentiments in elections.
Govt should for the time being should try to stress cooperative farming, either on the basis of village, panchayats or caste also. They should striclty define the wages for labours working in these farms.
This will have many possitive effects, first labours will not think that they are exploited by upper castes or landlords,they will get the feeling of working in an industry environment.
And even for our lanlords it will be like managing a company, because they will be managing large no of workforce which can form unions,and better volume of the bussiness will also motivate them to think proffesionally, as we have better educated and understanding peoples even in rural areas also.
So if govt thrives to develop agriculture as bussiness enterprise then no need of doing reforms also. Once bussiness will start rolling it will provide N no opportunities, new concept of leasing, loans, credit, export etc everything will come into play.
Otherwise lalu and company will keep on fueling these controversies and no one will benefit anything, end of day all will same.

Your posting is important but analysis is not convincing. The caste system has broken in places where industralisation has taken place(not vica versa). There are places where birth of industralisation took place in India due to historical reason(mainly british had stabilished mills in those places like Calcutta, Bombay, Madras, etc). You will notice that historicaly that region had supported british in 1857. That is why British had stabilished University long back(in 1850s).
Bihar is lagging those states by almost 40yrs.
But after Mr Nitish’s arrival things are changing and a new confidence has come in Bihar. I think in another 15yrs Bihar will turn the corner.

I saw many post of Nisha yadav, i believe she(may be he ) is either laloooooo relative or Jai Bihar employee, who only hired for blog and anti Nitish. She is just doing well for her/(his employer). But Madam money will attract money, remember this. No body will invest in Bihar unless u have money. Nitish is doing good for Bihar and of course we should neglect many thing, because he also have to fight with La(looooooooooo )We saw ur party’s work in last 15 year, i hoped ur house not looted in those period otherwise u never write this about Nitish. You can Say any Thing about Nitish, but this is fact in current situation No nay leader in Bihar who can lead better then Nitish. He atleast give hope for Bihar. You moron only disgust Bihar and Biharis. Just visit outside of Bihar, u will face what is Bihar and What is development. Where India is and where Bihar is. I request 2 u to stop abusing Bihar and Biharis, and know u will never change because u r relative of La-Loooooooooooooooooooooo .

I have never heard Mr Lalu yadav speaking about land reform. Till now only Mr Nitish Kr mooted the idea however he is in backfoot now after his defeat in poll. But that does not mean that we should support Mr Lalu or Mr Paswan who have never talked about reform rather they quoted reform as antisawarna.

your wordy duels are interesting and important…..shannu has given biharis a suitable name….this may be alittle harsh but reality always bites and therefore some people are not digesting it….

if any body go to villages…he will find that most of the peole are lechs in the garb of zamindars and goons….they are totally corrupt ,crime and sex predaters…..

if you survey the city and urban areas ,the so called educated people are holding govt posts only to loot through bribery ,blackmailing in assocition with the criminals and corrupt politicians….

let us talk about the bihari n r i ,s…..they are earning tons of money living in pleasure in u s a and other countries …nri of other states invest lot of money in their states but biharis n ri ,s will not…..

even educated biharis practice worst kind of casteism…if they meet any body ,the first thing they will ask the name by which caste is known….this is the limit of their intellectualism….

so in general , biharis are mean type of indian , infested by cancerous diseases like—casteism ,corruption ,cunningness ,dishonesty ,lewdness ,devoid of any intellectualism…..because of these things ,biharis are kicked everywhere and bihar remains poor…..

It was written on the wall.All knows,Nitishji is just a puppet of land-lords.I never believed he was going to implement the land reforms.This move will ceratinly lighten the fact that Nitishji is not interested in true development or upliftment for poors and downtrodden.I bet..he will lose the next election as most people are supporting land reforms.Blaming Lalu ,is not going to help him as people can see who has done goods for them.

Laloo and paswan depend on votes on caste lines. Unfortunately their own supporters are not literate/educated enough to understand/appreciate land reform. The vote bank of Laloo & Paswan remains intact as their leader belongs to their own caste line theory.
This only reiterates that Bihar is still v backward and badly caste ridden.

How Laloo/Paswan can be against land reform??? In last election Paswan promissed some BIGHA of land to all landles (but he was too stupid in his statement as the lands he promised were less than available in Bihar).

I am sure that Laloo/Paswan will do the land reform if they come to power in Bihar in next election.

So for biharis doesnt make difference who will do it NITISH or LALOO/Paswan.

really its a political stunt that LALOO/PASWAN are against the law, favouring their Caste/voters. Ofcourse all of us understand that thhey want the credit of doing that for long term votes.

My question: Why LALOO super power of BIHAR {as he said to his mother “HATHUA MAHARAJ SE BADKA RAJA) couldnt do the land reform during his tenure}.

Answers: He might wanted to extend his tenure (more 15 years) for real job like land reform??????????
