Maoists threaten to eliminate Rohtas SP

DEHRI-ON-SONE — Maoist posters threatening to eliminate Rohtas police superintendent to avenge the killing of rebel leader Kamlesh Choudhary in an encounter have been found pasted on the walls at Nauhatta, Chutia, Panduka and Parharia in the district.
Kamlesh alias Vijay was killed in an encounter with the police in Uttar Pradesh last week, official sources said.
The Maoists hold the SP responsible for the killing, the sources said, adding a combing operation has been launched in the district to flush out the rebels.
