This festival is celebrated in the city at various spots along the banks of river Tapi. These ghats will be equipped with all the facilities so as to help the pilgrims perform their puja.

BVP organizers said a wooden platform is being built on the bank of Tapi near Iskon Temple with the help of Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC).

They have made arrangements for the pilgrims to stay overnight.
