Mr Yadav , the Irrigation Minister of Bihar is easily the Shiv Raj Patil of the state. When the news of Kosi floods started pouring in he was telling about the impossibility of averting such disasters. This tragedy , completey man made also exposed the GHOSHNA based policy of the chief Ministyer Sri Nitishkumar. A lot is said but nothing materialises , other than mud slinging. Read out any serious article on Bihar floods and you will come to know how a lethargic & irresponsible executive ensured the recent floods by it act , or lack of it. Even now all they can do is to go full steam on the blame game.
