PATNA – Bihar State Vigilance Bureau today filed charge sheet against six people including three IAS officers in a corruption case.
The charge sheet was filed in the court of special judge Madhukar Kumar under various sections of Indian Penal Code and Prevention of Corruption Act. IAS officers S M Raju, K P Ramaiah and Ramashish Paswan are among six people against whom the charge sheet has been filed.
According to the charges, IAS officials accused in the case had misused their official position for misappropriation of government fund meant for various schemes including the construction of community hall, uniform scheme and distribution of books among students.
Misappropriation of more than two crores rupees has been allegedly done by the accused in the case.
